What Data We Collect
When you log in via Discord, we collect and store:
- Discord User ID – a unique numeric identifier for your Discord account
- Display Name – your current Discord display name
- Avatar Hash – used to display your Discord profile picture
We do not collect or store email addresses.
We also store limited scheduling data within the application:
- Session availability selections (yes, maybe, no, unknown)
- Character names associated with you (created and managed by campaign administrators)
Data Stored in Your Browser
This application stores a small amount of data locally in your browser using cookies and localStorage. This includes your theme preference, selected campaign, and a cached copy of upcoming session data (used to improve load times). This data never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to any server. See our Cookie Statement for full details.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely for the purpose of operating this D&D scheduling application:
- Displaying your identity to other group members
- Tracking and displaying session availability
- Managing access control (login, roles)
Third Parties
This application relies on the following third-party services:
- Discord – for authentication (OAuth2). Discord’s own privacy policy applies to your Discord account.
- Cloudflare – for hosting, CDN, and database services. Data is processed on Cloudflare’s infrastructure.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any other third parties.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists in the application.
If you wish to have your data removed, contact the campaign administrator. Account deletion is manual and irreversible, and removes your account and associated records (such as availability and character associations). Deleted data may persist for a limited period in system backups before being permanently removed.
This application is a private tool for a specific D&D group and is not a public service.
