Online Safety Act 2023 Statement
This application is a private scheduling tool for a small Dungeons & Dragons group. It is not a public-facing social media platform or user-to-user service in the meaning of the Online Safety Act 2023.
Scope
This application is limited to scheduling for a specific D&D group and is not intended to function as a user-to-user platform. It does not provide messaging, posting, file sharing, or other social features.
Based on the service’s restricted access and limited functionality, the campaign administrator considers it unlikely to fall within the scope of regulated user-to-user services. If the service’s features or audience change, this assessment will be reviewed.
Content & Safety
The application is limited to scheduling functionality. Users can only:
- Set availability for sessions (yes, maybe, no)
- View session schedules and other members’ availability
There are no facilities for messaging, file sharing, or other user-to-user communication within this application.
